Because these services involve time, expertise, and personalised evaluation, refunds are handled carefully.

Skills Gap Scan

If you purchase a Skills Gap Scan, the following applies:

• If the service has not yet started, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase with the deduction of $30 non-refundable fees.
• Once the evaluation process has started, No refund is payable.

Training Programs

For training programs or coaching services:

• Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase, provided that the service has not commenced. We will review the application on case-by-case basis and would apply a basic deduction non-refundable fees.
• If training sessions have already started, No refunds is payable.

Chargebacks
